Kits, Albums & FX
Every release on Duende Sounds is one of three things. Here’s how to tell them apart — and how to use each.
Soundtrack Kits
Modular cinematic scoring. You get full cues and their building blocks — layers, hits, transitions and textures. Open them in the Duende Sounds app and mix & match the parts to build a bespoke soundtrack that lands exactly with your edit.
Best for: film, trailers, branded films — anything scored scene by scene.
Music Albums
Finished tracks, ready to drop straight onto your timeline. Curated across moods and genres — not always cinematic — and each track ships with several mixes (full, short, no-vocals, alternate) so you can cut to any length without editing the music.
Best for: vlogs, lifestyle, corporate, social — content that needs the right vibe, fast.
Sound FX
Production-ready sound effects of every kind — impacts and whooshes, transitions, and foley & ambience (street, ocean, birds, city). Drop them in for emphasis and texture, on their own or layered under a kit or album.
Some packs are both
A few releases — like Moods and Emotional Ambiances — work as Album + Kit: play the finished tracks as they are, or pull them apart and mix the layers in the app. The badge at the top of each product page tells you which is which.
Everything works in any video editor. The app is what makes kits mixable, lets you search the whole library by mood, and adds AI sound, voiceover and voice-isolation tools.
